**Payment**
The Intuitive Energy accepts online payments through Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, and Mobilepay Online.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed upon or indicated in your order.
Authorization for Debit Cards
For debit cards, you will see that the funds are reserved on your account, and your available balance will reflect a deduction. If you or The Intuitive Energy subsequently cancel your order, the funds cannot be withdrawn, but the reservation will remain for a period. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can release the reservation.
Authorization for Credit Cards
The funds will be withdrawn from your account and will appear in your statement when The Intuitive Energy processes and completes the payment for your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT (Value Added Tax).

**Delivery**
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.
**Right of Withdrawal**
A 14-day full right of withdrawal is granted for items purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed upon or indicated in your order.
The 14-day period begins on the day the order is delivered.
You are responsible for any return costs.
Requests for withdrawal must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must reach us within 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
Requests to use the right of withdrawal should be sent via email to info@theintutiveenergy.com. The email must clearly indicate your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal.
**Condition of the Product upon Return**
You are liable for any depreciation in the product’s value resulting from handling it other than what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, characteristics, and functionality. This means that you may try the product in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the product has been tried beyond what is described above, it will be considered used and of diminished value. This means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount. It is at The Intuitive Energy’s discretion to assess the product’s condition.
**Warranty**
A 2-year warranty is provided for products in accordance with Danish consumer law. The warranty covers all defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.
Claims regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to The Intuitive Energy within a reasonable time after receiving the product. A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed upon. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
The claim for warranty is voided in case of incorrect or unusual product operation.
The Intuitive Energy covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

The personal information is registered with The Intuitive Energy and is stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

**Complaints**
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager (The House of Committees, Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via the [Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus](https://naevneneshus.dk/en/). The Mediation Team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a solution cannot be reached, you can bring the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.
As a general rule, to file a complaint, the product or service you wish to complain about must cost at least DKK 1,110 and at most DKK 100,000. For complaints regarding clothing and shoes, the price should generally be at least DKK 720. These monetary limits are subject to change. You will be charged a fee for having your complaint processed.
